Fontana couples allows 5 vicious dogs to run loose Fatal crash turns into homicide investigation
Mar 25

Recently a 23-year old San Bernardino man with an outstanding warrant for a domestic violence conviction crashed his motorcycle while being chased by police.  The man was declared dead at the scene near Highland Avenue and Lincoln Street.  There were no other vehicles involved.  It is believed that the man was under the influence of alcohol at this time.

San Bernardino Police reported that after seeing the man run through several stop signs, they tried to pull him over.  Instead of pulling over, he sped up.  Witnesses indicated that he was traveling over 100 miles per hour when he lost control of his motorcycle, hit a curb and fell off his motorcycle.

Records show that he pleaded guilty in September 2009 for domestic violence.  He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, placed on three years of probation and ordered to complete a domestic violence batterers’ program.  He failed to appear in court for a probation review at the beginning of March and a warrant was issued.
