A couple of weeks ago two brothers were riding together on a bicycle when they were hit by a hit-and-run driver. One of the brother, 19 years old, died at the scene and the other brother, 15 years old , was critically hurt; he is still in the hospital – in a medically induced coma. No one can understand how a driver could just leave two young people on the ground. Friends held a car wash to collect donations to pay for a memorial service.
San Bernardino police have identified a possible suspect and are investigating the incident. I would suggest that the suspect consult with an experienced Personal Injury attorney immediately.
